Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations
Custom T-Shirt quilts are final sale/no exchanges. If the final balance of T-Shirt Quilt order is not paid, your deposit will be forfeited.
Shipping
Products will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping times are not included in the listed turnaround times for items. Tracking will be provided for all orders.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are included in each product listing. Please note that additional time may need to be added for special fabric or item requests. I do not offer rush shipping. Please be aware of turnaround times before you place an order that is needed by a certain date.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Items
All lost/stolen/damaged product issues will be managed directly through Route Protection & Tracking. Route Protection & Tracking is required to be purchased with your order to have the ability to submit a claim for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise. Midnight Quilting Company will not respond to messages concerning lost/stolen/damaged items. Route Protection & Tracking will provide assistance directly to the customer.
Local Pick-Up
Pick-up for customers in the Richmond, VA and surrounding areas will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me at erin@midnightquilting.com to inquire about a local pick-up arrangement. I do not offer in-person delivery.
Product Details
The majority of my fabric items are made from 100% cotton - quilting cotton or flannel unless otherwise noted. Items are laundered before shipping, but this is a home with cats and cat hair is no joke (IYKYK.) Please be aware if you have severe cat allergies.
Each item is made by hand and not mass-produced. Because of this, small imperfections may be present - placing an order through Midnight Quilting Company acknowledges this possibility. Because of differences in monitors and screens, colors may differ slightly from the listed images.
